That is correct.

In many cases the shop will take care of the warranty for one year. With that in mind, take careful consideration of the shop's reputation and length in business.

Anyone went to take photos during this festive season?
Guys, I need some opinions and advice.
Where would be a good place to start to source for photography assignments/events?
I want to take my 5D to where it should belong to instead of treating it like a P & S camera. LOL!

I'm afraid I can't help you with that. I've purchased camera equipment from retail shops that carried the full Singapore warranty. Maybe someone else can be of some help to you... :)

Haha no worries, I'm used to buying 2nd hand stuff, and I just checked prices at the local distributors for 5D body and kit.. Now just want to compare grey sets
 

not exactly paypal. U can internet transfer them the amount. I bought mine from technogadgets last year.
 

Now is only paypal. That is why I didn't buy from them. Cos I don't trust paypal. Haha

i just bought mine couple of weeks ago...my big jump from other brand...im loving Canon now...:)
 

Hi may I know anyone here encounter under exposure on 5Dmk3? It's like -1 to1/3 stop when my meter is in zero.

It depends in the metering mode you are using and what's the situation.

e.g. If you are shooting a scene filled with snow with matrix metering, it's going to underexpose.
