The IT show question has been asked and answered before...many times.

Haha, I didn't dare to write that. :P

It took you 1 year to finally play with it? :)

Not much time to visit the showroom and besides, also less time now for photography due to gf and future commitments. ;p

Yeah...very poisonous! :D

Why not swallow the 'poison' as a new year resolution (Snake Year) and slither into the 5DMKIII club. Straight in with the 'poison'
is less painful then slowly being 'poisoned' don't you think so :bsmilie:

Haha though the poison is strong but have to hold back any purchase as funding for new home, renovations and wedding is priority.

I hope you know what you're doing.

You referring to his decision to get married or his decision not to buy the 5D3? :bsmilie:

Think maybe he want Bro to buy the 5DMKIII, get married, get a new house and use it to take all the beautiful pics of his wife and house with 5DMKIII.... ;)

can answer for the last time ?

For semi-pro and pro models like 5D3, the IT shows usually sell at RRP but with 'freebies' such as tripod, extra battery, memory card, dry box etc thrown in. The 'freebies' are of course anything but free, as they have already been factored into the price. It would be cheaper to pay street price and use the cash savings to buy the accessories you really need. Avoiding the crowds at the IT shows is also a bonus.

ha congrats on your wedding!

agree with your priorities hehe... although i did buy my mark 3 while I was planning for my wedding, new home and renovations hehe...

Congrats Snoweagle. Home, reno's and wedding are huge investments! I think you need a new camera to record these important events for memories sake. You, your wife and future children be so glad you did 20 years from now.

Again a big congratulations to bro Snoweagle.

Congrats to your wedding Snoweagle!

Thanks guys but weddings bells are not ringing so soon as yet to plan, but within these 2 years or so. So yeah, saving up for that and home renovations are my priority now. If got extra cash then upgrade my 5D, maybe by then already have s successor to the MK III.
