Yeah, it's like a FF 7D mk2.

very true. i use 7d previously i have no problem adapting 5dm3 as the placement of the button and style is very similar. And i seriously like the new af and new FF sensor. if there is an upgrade for 7D i would think it will be similar to 1D4 specs.
Just want to check whether 5dm3 got like function like Nikon cls ? Or still need ste2 to remote flash ?
On the Lens Abberation correction data, how to get other lens data such as Sigma or tamron? any ideas?
no way. it's only for Canon lens only. first, Canon doesn't care nor be liable for any third party lens issues. second, why in the world would Canon want to create such data for their camera bodies so that you can buy competitor's lens and enjoy it? ;p
Apologies if this was asked before but any chance there's a gorilla pod or any mini tripod for the 5dm3. Going honeymoon soon and was thinking how to shoot my wife and me on a dinner table. Letting the staff handle the m3 is not something I'm keen to explore. Hehe
this is just what i thought initially, maybe there's a way that's why ia askguess i have to do the correction at post
Is there a way to turn off the red flash the subject will see on the lens when the camera focuses? Cool as heck, but sometimes I don't want people to know I'm taking the photo...
red flash on the lens? you mean the AF point that is lit up in red?
