Yeah. Somehow I prefer 350D's 7 point layout. However, 350D X sensors are not as effective as 550D's 1.
So bad? I always thought MS Color got good service base on comments by fellow forumers.
That's one of the reason why i wanted to get my 550 from there..other than their lowest quote.
Though sometimes a bit irritated when email them or call them cause they like reluctant to provide more info.. somehow give me a feeling like not too interested..
Someone posted $60 at TK foto earlier wor...
Lucky u didn't buy... save urself $25.

Is it the 70-300mm lens, it is the one with IS right? Actually the 55-250 IS is more value for money....

Crap... YOu should have bought 55-250mm IS instead of 75-300mm USM.
Rather Ex for Kit 1 + that lens....
But then, keep shooting to fully uterlise your camera value!!

Lens hood for kit 1? That lens hood don't seems to be effective.
I think he is referring to the 70-300mm IS not the 75mm-300mm....

If it 70-300mm IS USM, then it is a good buy.

I purchased the 550d kit at it show last week. I'm looking to buy 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 as an upgrade of the kit lens. I think this will be a good upgrade but most stores have no stock. (Anybody knows where there is stock pls Pm me.) I don't like the 17-85mm one. But I do have the cheap 50mm f/1.8 II which is my favorite at the moment because of its sharpness.

Good to hear that. Haven't tried it personally but a friend also says the image is sharp as well. Still I'm eying for 15-85mm, if my budget permits. I heard John 3:16 has stock for $1,0XX cash
