You might want to try calling the shops as recommended in the price guides?

I've been calling most of the stores but most of them only have stocks for the black one, i think i just need to wait .

Hmm... I called last night n reserved a body only, collecting this weekend.

For the main Nikon authorized dealers, I checked and most of them had no stock for both black and silver one at this moment.

Some of the "small" shops in Funan still have limited stock of black color one from the 1st shipment from Japan at this moment. But if you are keen on the silver one, need to wait a little bit longer.

Anyway, will need to learn skill from you.... else cannot justify to have such high end and expensive gears.... :embrass:

DxO gave it 26 for D800

I was hoping to get the Voigtlander Ultron 40mm/f2 SL-II pancake lens but it is out of stock locally.

The Ultron is a much sharper lens and faster at f/2 and only 1" high.
Plus I like the look of all those busy numbers on the lens body.

For the Voigtländer? No, it's a SLR lens available for Nikon, Pentax and Canon and it's much better than the Nikon pancake.

Spending 2K on A7 or 2.8K on A7r then only can use your expensive Nikon G lenses with manual focus, plus need to spend another 500 bucks for Novoflex adapter, sounds silly, right?

The focus peaking on A7/A7r is not better than the green dot of Nikon DSLR manual focus assist.
You cannot depend on them, still need to practice your eyes.

Haaa bro, thanks for advise..... I have none of the lenses.... use to own Nikon lenses but not now..... no Leica for me.... cannot afford lar.... just kena poison by the performance of Df..... but probably overkill for me.... kekeke.... wanted to get a "smaller" size dslr and pair it with prime lens for Portrait.... my EM1 handle the rest .... haaaa sound silly.... well..... kena poison like that one..... kekeke
