I checked at Funan SLR revolution and 5D mk II body was 3136 cash. i am still in the midst considering this 5D mk II or wait for mkIII

Am loving my 5dm2, and I dont really know how much more I will love the 5dm3 so I guess with the good price now its alrite to go for it

i am also consider to buy from normal retailers and get 15 mths warranty or go get from Harvey Norman and get 3 years warranty ? What do u all think

Thanks i just checked with canon showroom at vivo. Get 2 years extended warranty from canon for 5D mkII is 400 SGD. Can get it 1 mth before original warranty expires.

Though you could save the $400 for lens investments as well my use of a few dslrs, non failed me. (maybe I didn't abuse it long enough)

If the DSLR like 5D mkII becomes faulty due to mechanical fault. How much to repair it ? Anyone had such experience ?

It depends on the parts involved, hard to give an estimate.

Anyway it ain't that fragile. My 5D Mark II still going strong since I first bought it. :devil:

Had it shortly after it was introduced in Singapore.

Unless Mark III has significant difference in terms of performance and features, then I might consider that. Otherwise nope.

Meanwhile, play with whatever you have now to past the time, instead of waiting. 5D3 will thus come by without having the feeling of waiting.

Dun have any eperience of such a humungous group.. BUT i would use a tripod... and 500 at one go how to see face clearly...? unless print a4 size??

A4 size doesn't really give you clear faces with that many people in the picture.

your 24mm might not be enough...

u will a super wide angle (14mm) or even fisheye!

your 24mm might not be enough...

u will a super wide angle (14mm) or even fisheye!
