Just got back from my week-long Taiwan trip early this morning and once again, my 5D performed excellently! ;)

I just melted the petals off of one of my Samyang 8mm FE lenses, and now it works great on my 5D...The Samyang is intended for DX bodies but it gives more coverage on a full frame...In a circle of course...;)

Hmm...white balance seems a bit off.

So I finally got a 5D, after thinking about it for a while. Of course, I had to go to Chinatown right after I got it :

haha, it's great value for money :)

I took a quick trip to Italy for dinner last night ;).... took my 5D with me and got this photo of the Leaning Tower:

Absolutely love the 5D! Went visiting with it and the 85mm 1.8, here's a noob shot. :embrass:

There's something about the camera that gives the film-like quality.. Am finding that now I use it more than my 7D/550D!

You're probably right. I had a hard time with the colours and WB, due to the mixed lighting. It looks ok on my calibrated monitor, but I'm not sure how it looks on other screens.
