Oh my gosh... what a spetacular photograph! I was just at the Gardens-by-the-Bay last week before my return to Toronto. I got a few decent photographs but nothing to compare with what you've managed! I walked for hours to find a good vantage point and found a few that were alright but nothing that compares to your photograph.
Would you mind sharing:
i) your shooting location?
ii) EXIF info?

i. I saw this composition 3 times ... 2 on Flickr, and 1 by my photobuddy - wonglp. But I have not attempted it. Chanced upon the place again yesterday, and I was sweating profusely due to the walking and the still evening air after/before rain, I knew that the waters are going to be really still and went to the dragonfly lake to take this shot. It's at the end of start/end of the wooden walkway.
ii. 30s exposure (too long), 5 - 6 image stitches (I think all it needs is 4), f13, iso 50
