Now that questions had been raised, there has been a Subordinate Court ruiling that sets the precedence on privacy laws and in addition questions had been raised about the so-called 'settlement fee' is actually purely ADMIN FEE that covers their own investigative cost, I think people will start arranging appointments with Odex AND the Lawyer and walking into the office with a Lawyer.

the important thing is the precedent is set and odex cannot show that its the exclusive licensee or producer. unless they pull something out. I think this case has gone beyond pirarcy already. ST guarantee cannot fight, they've lost in the court of public opinion and since they sign away their right to contest before they cannot do anything to reverse it.

Cannot. because SH and ST users kenna because of the court orders. but IF SH and ST decides to do somthing to reverse the whole issue, den the ball game is different.

Just to clarify the blog post. The 2 directors of gamesmart who are charged cannot be shown to be SS and PG for sure right now. it cannot be verified whether 2 of those directors listed in the ACRA report were indeed charged to 15 mths of jail.

hmmmm... true. but if ACRA has information that the business is runned or operated by these 2 man with matching identities, den it should be correct.

If identity cannot be matched.. no point pinning both of them for something they didnt do either.

but if Identities match.....

Xedo and these 2 man is doomed for sure.
