i know where you're coming from. the main issue i have with this is that i think they have no grounds, they're acting like bullies and hurting an industry they claim to love, and the invasion of privacy issue. the twist about gamesmart in my opinion should hurt them even more because they cannot claim the moral high ground anymore. the best thing that can happen now is that odex appeal about the pacnet thing gets shot down. Then they're really finished because that's when their victims will pounce. And the feeding frenzy will not be pretty.

the lawyer prob said: look you can try to fight this but it will likely cost your alot more money because you have to gimme more money to defend you in court plus if you lose you have to pay them and pay their legal fees. you on budget best thing to do is just pay them now.
