Definitely... I had been waitin for long too. :sweat: Almost everyday I called each shop I know of n juz lucky for me dat day so immediately reserved dat very piece n got it.

Think MS shud hav stock by diz week. Try giv them a call.

I saw D200 available at many shops. Itz e lens dat is currently out of stock.

Probably because they underestimated the demand for this lens. All the camera shop owners I've spoken to are really surprised about the demand for this lens - there are waiting lists in most shops and each time the shops get new stock, it's not enough to clear the waiting list.

I could've bought this lens from two shops in Funan today, prices ranging from 1290+GST to 1480 incl GST. Just managed to stop myself although I would really like to take it to China with me on Thursday.

yeah i knew about harvey norman deal, but too ex for me. so you're not getting this lens?

I am seriously tempted to get for my upcoming (and future) trips. I don't really want to carry around three lenses in China but I am thinking I can get away with my 12-24 and 24-120 and an additional 1.7x TC. But the 18-200 would seriously keep the weight down and I could avoid any lens changes - it's going to be cold and won't want to take gloves off.

Maybe if Parisilk gets the 18-200 in before Thursday I will buy buy buy.
