heh, it is an ir shot

so i set up my tripod, compose, put the filter on, and wait for people to come.. very long exposure, i think 15 seconds because it was not that sunny that's why you have people trails, etc

yep, the filter is almost opaque, so it is effectively quite a strong nd filter effect

but i was also aided by the wind.. was blowing hard that day, so hard that the clouds were visibly moving quite fast

anyways, based on exif data, exposure was 4 seconds at f/8

try ir if you can, i'm sure you'd find it fun too
