Night Test Shot with Nikon D5000 @ Marina Barrage

do you use any flash?

bro, sorry if im taking any shortcuts here..

i have read quite a bit on D5000's capabilities and certainly.. its good judging that D5000 is not limiting your skills as your photos suggested. :)

wanna know despite the main diff between D90 and D5000 is basically, the AF-motor.. can i assume that, i will need to accquire lenses that has its own built in AF motor should i decide on purchasing 5000? i believe that there would be some slight difference right?

i admit i had been pretty skeptical about the swivel screen, you know these things break easily.. but after reading the forums.. the comments proved otherwise..

keep shooting! thanks ^^

just curious how did u position your camera for pic #6? camera pointed up? or wad lens is being used?

nice shot.. ive ben using d5000 too :)

All you need is to spread the 3 legs of the tripod to a wider angle or another way is to extend 1st section of the tripod leg then tilt your camera slightly upward to shoot. I only use a normal wide angle zoom lens at 16mm.

Not too sure about the closing time but seems that it opens until very late or 24/7 just that the fountain will be stop operating around 9pm or 10pm, not sure. F1 should not affect as you can access by MRT or if you're driving can enter coming from ECP or AYE. It's best to shoot around 7pm-8pm.

Focusing should be infinity. That's the different in optics quality, I guess and also price different. :)

No editing, just cropping & resizing using Faststone software and also using Photoworks to embed signature. :)
