Thanks for all your advise which give me the decision to go down for a 1 to 1 exchange. Glad that I did it thanks to you guys.
Reached there and went to the cashier area striaght and told the duty manager. Without any question. he help me to locate one of the Nikon staff assign to this fair and did a check on my camera. The technical service guy was great. did a battery check (using his own battery). He was quick to acknowledge the problem and without any question, he told the store guy to replace a new one for me. I told him I hv place a screen protector on the faulty camera, he told me no problem and will issue another protector for me. Hand me a new set and apologies to me on the trouble I hv to go through. I was abit concern over a simliar issue would happen to the new set. He accompany me to a area and did a check on the new set. all in order. Was very please with the overall experience.
I was very happy with the good service of challenger and the service guy (Denise) I think. Thanks once again if he happen to be a menber of this forum. Keep it up.
