Alan, no worries! At least we know that you have certain level/knowledge and we can still put you into the group as well so you can learn as well. At least we know, you need little/no guidance.

We trust that you will give the senior the respect when they are sharing with others the beginner stuffs when u r in the group. Cos we have some incidents where the "newbies" jus drift away by his own and shoot on his own during the outing.

We come as a group and we go as a group

This is not a new list. This is a list for the "newbies" who have registered for this outing.
Please register yourself here. We definitely welcome you to join in the fun but at least we know you dun need any guidance .. you jus need company.

We are really hopping to benefit those who really wish to learn a trick or two from the more senior photographers.

All these seniors had taken their precious time off to come and share so please be kind to make their time worth and meaningful. I am dead passionate about this and I am standing firm!

I really hate to see those who came and shoot on their own, and taken away slots from those newbies who really wish to learn.
That really pisses me off BIG TIME !

just to clarify , my way of shooting landscape is just put to small aperture and shoot. sometime put on M mode with infinity focus.
does this count as competence to shoot landscape without guidance??

seriously although i had been playing with my D90 for 2 years, i only shoot alone and learn from forum and books but on and off still confused about the results of my photos. hence not so sure if i still fit in Newbies group.

Will also be good if you can tell the seniors what you think is wrong with your photos currently and/or what you want to achieve. I think the seniors can better advise you that way
