These images taken from the top that I have seen so far has a better balance than most. However, do watch the rule of thirds.
I was wondering how to really get the rule of thirds to be on the landscpae image?

Just for the record, I have no personal financial involvement in this place! I'm neither a shareholder, nor investor, nor employee

Wah.. the pic reminds me of old wartime photo.. especially the clouds where fighter planes flew through.. haha.. am I imagining too much??![]()
Me likey this one the most haha. Like some has suggested, it has a great potential.
I like #5 too. I think you have a good eye.
PS. So, which tripod are you getting? j/k haha.
Finally, some close up...
5) Interesting way of using the lower deck as your foreground. However, you might want to explore further to further better the composition.
7) This is a reasonably well exposed shot. With the bright sun in the photo, the buildings still remain fairly well lit. For me, I probably will shoot this in portrait so that I can include more of the nearest building. Which you can get a nice layering effect. Building nearest will be clearest. You can still pp to increase clarity and contrast.
Generally, you will probably want to observe the rule of thirds for your 6,7 and 8.
