Bought a new lamp to try out. Using natural light from the back, lamp on left side 45 degree down and a flash bounce off the ceiling.

Anthony bro, these series could be even better/nicer...(...remember my :light:guidance/tele-conversation...to you couple of weeks ago...on your "porportion/balance"-chicken-curry-with-"props" and some other "blown-out" shots...) is over-exposed, at least cut-down -2/3 to 1-stop will yield a better result...!!

Well, I've confidence that you'd be able to achieve those requirements...and I'll let you know your progress/results...
