Hi kent_ridge! me also using FZ10. first camera i ever owned. Like it so far but have yet to figure out how to use it. is there a button i'm suppose to press? :dunno:

Hmmm..... Guess I'm a newbie too? Been tinkering around with my trusty Canon EOS500 for quite a while and just went digital with the Panasonic FX1 last year. If i knew the 300D is coming out I would have waited..... now so gian!

After some pychoing by a friend (he keeps showing me pics), think will most probably get it before I head off for Japan for an autumn holiday in Nov.

Now I gotta live on bread and water....

Hi, me too a newbie starting with a DSLR. :sweat:
Was just thinking eventually with go there, why not sooner? Also to save money by skipping a P&S as steping stone heheh.

But a kind friend had lend me his film SLR to play around, so not so bad for me.
