You can always report those posts and the mods will get on it.
Like report 80% of the new post?![]()
just report. we'll look into it. colored cards will be issued
agree.I believe people do this because their threads get covered very quickly. Because the forums are sorted by "Thread Start Time", their threads quickly move to the next page. A "upz" wouldn't bring it back to the top, unless you sort it by "Last Post Time"
I believe people are frustrated by this, that's why. It takes a long time to sell your stuff, since your thread gets covered so quickly.
I feel sorting it by default to "Last Post Time" will help.

then it will still be the same, become a posting war... every hour upz, every 1/2 hour upz...
at least this is consider neat spamming..i think should restrict upz to at least 24hrs..posters doing so will get threads being deleted..
by spamming with new threads every 1 or 2 days..is a waste of resource..
imho, the classified sub-forums works fine to me. Provided the TS deletes his old thread immediately after starting the new one?
very clever... but then, if i see it, i'll help to delete his new 1 as well... its akin to spamming...
is it a necessity to move your thread to the 1st page?

If a large number of people are doing that (and that seems to be the case), then yes
It's a vicious cycle, i'm afraid.
no problem, they dunno the vicious cyclist here... be afraid... be very afraid...
many dun use the search feature...:bsmilie:
..some dun even noe how to use the normal search engines (i.e. google, yahoo, etc) properly..
