I'm looking forward to it.....hope Nikon will do something to save their Pro market share.

If nothing happen for the next 6 month, I'm afraid that all the Pro who use the D1 or D2 series will be all Gone.....to nothing but the Canon camp.

actually dun say liow.. the d2 is unsuitable for me as i need useable iso1600. so as a "pro" nikon user, i'm not even using their pro cams! i'm on d200... which is quite honestly, a compromise. i wouldn't mind the d200 sensor in the d2x, then again, it's still not good enuff when u compare to canon.

so with this "announcement" on june 26, i'm not excited. i (we) have been waiting and we're impatient, which makes us dubious as to whether they (nikon) can do it anot.

that said, the "prosumer" nikon slrs are doing very well.... maybe i should just go back to making photography a hobby, not a job. :bsmilie: :bsmilie:
