New Pentax K-30 now on sale for $784 (before GST)

I have budget for 18/135. Is this a better lens compared to the other 2 combo? Originally wanted to get 60D but after trying both cameras the k30 feels better in my hands

yes, 18-135 is better than 18-55 for sure, for 50-200 need to change lens often

its not be as cheap as the webstore. then again u pay a bit more for the convenient of holding it in your hand and bring it home on the spot.

i just came back from funan - bought my K30 with the 18/135 WR lens kit. Newbie here and shall be launching my new hobby with pentax... for now, have to wean myself off auto mode and play around.
For those interested, I bought my set at SLRR -pricing similar to the pentax webstore's - the plus side is that you get to test it before paying.

Hi, Price of K-30 Black body only now increased to $850 before GST, to $909.50(with GST).
Too late, must not think too much next time, kan kan lai. :cry:
