If you are referring to yours Galaxy S4 Zoom thread (and post which linked to the thread), they were deleted by a moderator as it was deemed a non-photographic item since the Galaxy S4 is designed initially as a phone and this variant adds in a larger zoom and sensor to function as a camera.
This is obviously an edge case and we will review our guidelines on the definition of "designed primarily for photography" as a definition of a photographic item.
For example, the Galaxy Camera will qualify as it is primarily designed as a camera and has all the other Android features available, while the Galaxy S4 Zoom is (as far as we can ascertain) designed first as a phone with enhanced camera features - the ad blurb even says "A spin of the zoom ring turns your smartphone into a precision camera." and not the other way around.
While we review the guidelines, we appreciate members' patience and understanding in posting such items. We will update the guidelines should we find that the crossover functions becomes clearer and allows us to determine the suitability for posting in our personal classifieds section.
