Hello Everybody ... Since he's not agreeing to come forth to make amends ...

There's but one course of action you can do ....

Gather your evidence, print out a RCB info of his business registration & submit to court.

They will issue him a summons within 2 weeks to appear in court. If he fails to show up, a warrant of arrest will be issued to him.

It's really that simple... No wasting of everyone's time, no running away from the law...:sweat:

He probably thinks that his delay tactic will eventually cool the heat down of many, slow the momentum of talk; and hopefully bros here would decide against taking any action for good. Can't be that naive right?

Think really no point telling him anything now. He choose to hide thinking that this way can resolve everything. If he do not want to go thru the easy way let him be then.He will be more panic when lawyer letter gets to his hand. We shall wait and see the outcome.

Joe do note that you've already been given a relatively painless way out by the people involved here. IF you continue to run and not even meet with David who has so kindly allowed himself to be a neutral 3rd party moderator to help you resolve the issue then its only going to get worse for you. Once the people involved file for legal action and lawyers get involved there will be no escaping from having to at least pay some form of MONETARY compensation to the injured parties. So that's something you better consider if you want to continue hiding.
