This probably shows that his excuse that he misread his calender yesterday was probably a lie, and in that case i wouldn't put much faith in anything he's said so far. he doesn't deserve a second chance, since he doesn't appreciate the chance you guys so kindly gave him.

I guess if he continues to be MIA and refuses to contact you, the next step is to bring in the heavy guns (police/lawyers/court) already. What a waste - now his parents and everyone will know what he did - he lost the last chance to keep things quiet.

Well, in the first place I think there are more lies being told in the process, therefore he is scared to turn up as things will get exposed. In the first place is he the person that we think he is? Right now he might already erased all evidence. Technically we have very little case against him, unless the hosting company is willing to provide evidence.
At the moment, lets secure as many evidence as possible. I think not all affected parties and may be not even one will get any compansation due to lack of evidence. He might just be given a warning from the court with a fine.
Police report has to be made immediately.

I really sweat for you went I knew that you prefer to hide.
You shall turn yourself in and not hide yourself as you are stiring more troubles. You are no longer a young and ignorant teenager but a 18 years old man. You shall be responsible for what you have done and not choose to hide.
You shall understand if you commit a crime and turn in yourself, your sentence is always lighter than being caught.
David has offer you his helping hand even he is not the affected photographer. But you prefer to waste this chance and also his help, you shall reconsider your decision, be brave and meet the photographers now or meeting them in court.
Seriously, the photographers you offended is not one but a group of them, out of all, as long as one choose to settle with you in court because you want to hide yourself, you can suck thumb already. The settlement fee is really huge.
This is my advise to you. Decision is still yours.
In addition, those photographers are not gangsters, you will not get bash up meeting up with all of them.

we has saved some evident, i also have saved whatever i can get, based on evident we have, enough. But he choose the other way, i wonder why? Regards to whatever reasons, he shd come forward. Instead he makes things worse.

No need to feel this way, at least he was given a 2nd chance by those affected and you tried to help.. right now it's his own call, if he still wants to avoid this, i think you guys should settle it the legal way.

Well if he comes clean right now, maybe still can got hope. Ask him to send you a scan of his IC as a show of good faith. If he is willing to, then we can talk about meeting all over again. If not, then too bad for him.

just a suggestion . he has a Hp number right . it will be easy to trace where he stay . be it pre paid or post paid . so that u be able to sent the legal letters right .

I think once lawyer is engaged, the last chance we can help is recommend him a good lawyer to defence himself.
