Description:
I need a cheap photographer on my AD wedding on 8 Dec 05.

Timing - 7am to approx. 3pm, 7pm to approx. 11.30pm
With 350 x 4R Print-out (With editing/artwork and using kodak gold paper) and slot in album
Unlimited digital photo shoots
Softcopy of all photos (inclusive of those without print out) with editing being done on the photos to be burned into a DVD
A photo montage showing the morning events before the commencement of the wedding dinner

please be fair to photographers who invest/sacrafice
their time and money to create memorable images for your big day.


take it at low price, you get burnt out, frustration, the quality shows,
customer can see, you become desprate, you lower the price more to attract
...at the end of the day you fall into this downward spiral.

But you get what you paid for,to capture those beautiful memories on print, i would not save lor.It's only one day in a lifetime,unless touchwood lah.

But then hor,there are some couples who don't mind,anything also can.
Head chop into half also can,just see got people attended can already.

no kidding, dude..... this is already the 'cheap' side ...considering the pro DI work involved .. if you think this is expensive, wait till you hear about others

Basically, if someone choose to quote less and offer to shoot according to what is expected here, we will let them do it while we get our much needed rest after our well-deserved paid job

No more than $1500? $1.5k for a very basic package perhaps. There are even those who charge $5k-$8k per wedding. In the US, it's not uncommon for photographers to charge USD$150,000 (number of zeros is correct, and that's a comma, not decimal point) per wedding.

4 hours to come up with a montage is no joke. Deliver 350 images is no joke. P.S ALL photos (which can run up to 1-2k, many of which may be repeated/similar shots) is pure madness. Can be done of course. Grossly compromise on quality. Like what the threadstarter had said, he's looking for a "cheap photographer", and we gotta respect that.

i did come across wedding photographer doing wedding with just a nikon 50D + kit lens and a sb28. no back up camera. charges are like $400. just wonder what will happen if the equipment 'IA' in the middle of the shoot-out.......:think:
i applause the photographer...a very daring move indeed.
