National Service

The title appeared well suited to my interpretation; a service done by the men and women to protect our lands and seas, and one of most beloved services is to hoist our national flag over this land of much glory.

Well very suited to me. Of course I assumed you have another interpretation.

I would call it, "Taxpayers reward for submiting on time."

"National Service" means that the couples are doing a "service" for the nation by coming together and reproducing themselves thus producing more workers and tax payers.

But maybe I think too much.
