Names of the individuals to be invited

Dear Mods,

As the list has already been finalized. I would appreciate it if i could get the details of the individuals to be invited from the various organizations. Please confirm that we will be meeting up this Wednesday 21/03 to finalize the details.

Founding Members
Adam please confirm who are the ones who will attending. I will just add in their names to the invitation letter.

May i suggest that for the public, the invitaion letter becomes the confirmation letter/receipt for the dinner. A copy of the letter would require to be presented to the PIC upon arrival for the event.

PE, could you please confirm if the payments from those indicating payment made have been received, will arrange for letters to be sent accordingly. Will email out copies to those who want to see the final letter by tomorrow morning. Please let me have your email id's and i will send them to you asap.

i think got double headcount because Fatigue and ckiang put their names down in the regular paying list ... so definitely possible

that paying list needs to be updated soon and throw out those who have not paid by next week so that empty slots can be free up

Yes the intention is to give 40 space to paying members - the empty space will be given to reserve list.

Already Fatigue and ckiang and reddawn are taken out.
