Hi eejal

Thanks for sharing. MAy I know Which ISO did you shoot with? Looks clean. And congrats on your new arrival. :)

Hi ykgen,

Very nice clean shots, even at high ISO 1600 and 3200! Did you do any noise removal?

I thot Panasonic cams are famous for their terrible noise?!

Thanks Kiwi2...
For the side mirror is..

how much dose the LX 2 cost now ( like in shops like HN)?
LX2 users,
can u share your experience when taking shots in low light conditions and how would u rate the LX2 on the whole.
considering the LX2 cause from my point of view it looks pretty good though i'm more for canon-but could change my mind cause LX 2 seems worth the money.

From my research about LX2, as long as you dont go above ISO400, the noise still ok.

If you force to shoot more than ISO400, you should shoot in RAW and PP to remove the noise.

I am also ready to go for LX2 now and still looking for lowest offer in Malaysia ;)

So far, the cheapest i got is RM1480 with free LCD screen protector only.

ykgen, want to sell yours?

hehe

i've still yet to use ISO's above 400. So i can't comment on that yet.

I'll test it out soon..

i guess i wasn't adventurous enough to try out ISO400 and above.... which i think i shld have!! :mad2:

Are those pictures handheld?

And yes...i've sold my LX2..:(

Life goes on...

feeling 'naked' without a camera now...:complain:

i am new to digital.

Can somebody advise what should be a good setting for a normal shot at iso100? My LX2 shots tend to have a lot of glares around the highlight areas.

Taking raw helps? but would take it a lot of memory.

Thanks!

I agreed, somemore the RAW file size super huge :thumbsd:

nice, but a lot of glare lehh.

:embrass:mostly bcoz of my skill lah... kekeke
shd have covered the lights with black card then expose for the reflections.
in order to get nice reflections i need about 6-8s exposure,
for the lights, i think around 1-2s enough liaoz...
since i'm unprepared... kekeke, here goes... :thumbsd:

wow ... loved the panning shot !!!
Amazing !!! how do you do it...

cool ! ~

this shot taken from KL Tower, handheld and stick the camera lens on the window, stop breathing and press the shutter gently. I impressed with the result.
