hi guys...just want to share my experiece today...
today, i've become a proud owner of a Minox ML 35. bought it from camera workshop at a steal, and i immedialtely loaded a roll of film to try it out. took a walk in the city area, snapping away. one thing that impressed me about this great piece of equipment is it's virtually silent shutter. i said virtually silent b'cos there is still the small click, but compared to my EOS 300, it's like a shout to a pin dropping.
one thing that amused me was that when i was at Milennia Walk, i was attracted by the high celing that gave the vertigo feeling. i took out my Minox, raised it and a lady infront of me immediately used her hands to cover her front. the first thing that goes into my mind was....eh...does a Minox look like a porn typr of camera, or was our idol, Chu Mei F**g shot with a Minox?? haha....i felt really...dunno how to say also....me...what was most obvious was that my lens was pointed at the celing...not her..!!
cheers,
leonard
