Great SHOT !! GREAT Model...

Hi Mike, thanks for commenting. Yellowish may be due to colour cast. On my screen, it doesn't look so yellowish. Also, I want to use a warm tone to try bring out her personality because Nicky is an extremely friendly girl who loves to laugh. Using a cool tone may not bring out her personality as much as a warm tone. Maybe my fault also. Do feel free to comment more.

P/S: Asking her not to smile is very difficult... :p

u got a lovely model. :bsmilie:
pic even nicer if model are cheerful type.

OMG ... damn, the model is beautiful.

I am moving to Bangkok :)

hi Zec,

Nice shots....
Photo 11 can be done better with her left hand facing the other direction... just my thoughts...

Hey NikonSiao,

Thanks for your comments. Hmm... Good idea! Missed that detail there. Thanks for pointing out! Yeah, now that you mentioned it, her arm looks very straight like a "walking stick"...

Nicky... Don't hit me... Argh!!

Pss...Zec..if she ever comes to SIngapore...let me know....:bsmilie:

A very natural camera girl
Some girls are born to be infront of the camera while others just struggle
She looks so comfortable

And Zeck, you are the one who applied the effects on the pics so why should you be shot at for sharing the technique? There is no right or wrong technique, and for me, if I can achieve the effect you made with 1 click, I would love that technique :p

Hope to learn some techniques from you also

thailand, remind me of the BKK Moto show, still miss it:bsmilie:

Thanks a lot. As for the workflow, I'll let others tell you lah. Don't wanna say something wrong and get unnecessary replies. But for sure it is not a click-and-tada thing lah. Do feel free to comment more. :)

Haha...I think is because you shy lah. :embrass: ;p Maybe you tell me your method than if someone got a shorter method then we both learn something loh. :) But I am sure your method is not wrong, if wrong the picture won't look so good de! :D

Zec, you have come a long way indeed......nice and enjoyable series.

Wah model v pretty ;) And very professional shots! The soft filter effect is good

Very pretty series Zeckson. Very.

I suspect that you were using a Nikon for your photography? What camera, if not D70, and what lenses and flash did you use? If you use flash (which it appears you did), was it using Nikon CLS?

The reason for asking is because I'm contemplating buying a Nikon system for location portraits.

yoz zek...u seem to be enjoying yaself there hor...wait for me k nxt mth i come and find u...

anyway hor,...ya images got a yellow cast over it...on some of the shots it looks ok...but on others it looks wierd....

maybe if u shooting raw u can set a white point to correct the white balance...then ya colours shouldnt be that far off .....
