However, if possible avoid the distracting horizontal lines that cuts on the background/foreground of the subject (#12), defocus it more would be better else post processing in PS may if necessary. And also click on the shutter only when you are ready to click and not to rush into it. Some of the composition that does not have the proper eye-contact of the subject can be avoided unless you can justify for that composition (#16, #17).
Remember the purpose of good portraiture phtography is to bring out the best part/angle of the subject be he/she a beauty or not.
