Sorry, I've no chance to actually see and use this lens before. So wanna ask if the cosmetic of this sigma 10-20 is also prone to the peeling prob of some sigma lens?

I've used various other sigmas before without any problems. 18-50 f2.8, 18-50 f3.5-5.6, 70-200, 12-24, 20 f1.8...

I would say their finish is not as durable as nikkors, and rough handling would scar them faster. Depends on your style and maintenance too.

There will always be the odd few that have problems, batch issues and such, but overall acceptable to me.
