Sorry, want to change my order. Also, do you have any advice on how to support the reflector/diffuser? does someone have to stand there and hold it for you or can you attach it to a tripod? Depending on your reply, I may change back, cuz feel 80cm one is maybe a bit cumbersome to manage.

Toasty, both the 56cm and 80cm versions will have to be held by someone - I do not think that there is any clamp or such (eg Wimberley Plamp) that can securely hold them.

Two typical ways (others can probably suggest a few different ways) to take pics with the reflectors/diffusers depending on situation :-
1. Portraits - no choice have to get someone to hold the reflector for you. If taking just head shots, may even get the model to hold it him/herself.

2. Still Life / Macros - mount camera on tripod, freeing up your hands to hold the reflector, and use a cable release or timer.

Best if you can afford a PA to help out or if you are out on a shoot with others, just take turns to assist each other.
