try to concentrate and previsualise the result first.

have a clear end goal in mind - what you want out of the scene, put the picture in your mind.

composition is everything, even in LE - you might get a few thumbs up for the perceived "specialness" or "being different" factor of the scene, but in the long run, what differentiates a good LE photo from a mediocre one is the conceptualisation. thomas has a very good idea of what he wants out of a scene, for example - do you? :)

this is very nicely done. i would choose to crop off a bit more of the bottom while keeping the same aspect ratio (so as to not throw off the compositional idea too much) such that the curve starts from the bottom left corner.

Hi nightmare, thanks for dropping by and offering such a valuable piece of advice.

At this moment I am definitely lacking in a lot of departments, conceptualisation being a major one. Come to think of it I really have not put much thoughts into most of my LE attempts thus far. Perhaps I was really too obsessed with trying to achieve the perceived "specialness" and in the process neglected the compositional aspect.

Your critique and comment was definitely thought-provoking and will definitely spark me to put more thoughts and effort into my future attempts. Really appreciate it. :D
