I am just wondering how do you achieve such a black sky and partial bright building effect ?

Is it something to do with the camera setting or some post processing effect ?

good afternoon....,
Most of the work are done in post processing with a vision of your own and not in the camera. Of course you will need to find the buildings with proper light and composition during your shoot....
