You didn't read the "how to upload an image?" thread somewhere? No matter... Just right click on flickr image, choose the size, then when its loaded, right click and click on copy link location (for firefox) and then past it between

sorry for sounding silly...but er..pancake lens cannot shoot macro right? and if i buy the raynox 250, will it fit?

It isn't silly, don't think it can't, natively anyway, if you buy raynox 250, I think that follows filter thread, so you need to get the right adapter to fit or the right diameter to fit, which pancake are you using? Anyway, the pancake focal lengths are not really suitable to shoot macro unless you're shooting things like flowers, probably caterpillars, but if you're talking about things like spiders, dragonflies, houseflies or anything that moves relatively fast, or any insect that is very jumpy (one great example would be house fly) the pancakes are more or less quite useless in shooting macro, its better to get raynox and use 40-150 or 14-150 or 14-140 I guess, but like I said, if shooting static objects, pancake should do relatively well, but these are just my thoughts

thks spidey! i'm using the pancake 20mm. i don't have a panasonic zoom lens. looks like i have to buy one used one and buy the raynox =)

You're welcome, but best do a little bit more research before you jump into it, if not later you regret then you start hunting for this spider with a giant flame thrower :flame: :bsmilie:

i bought the raynox and it comes with an adaptor that fits my 14-42 lens but not the pancake lens.... just fyi

Hmmmm.... Most probably need a step up adapter ring? In anycase, I think the 14-42 is a much better lens than the 20mm pancake since can stand slightly further
