Hi Chua_CS

Haha.... I've ordered many extra 52mm type! Qty not to be disclosed.

PM me your contact number & mailing address if anyone wish to reserve. While stock lasts. ;)

Is the reversal ring here yet?

I have not got it yet....:(

I have checked with PQ23 end of last week and he is waiting for the shipment to come in.

PQ23: can update all of us, eager-beavers, what the situation is like.

Thanks a million.

 trying to keep cool and appear patient :D

Hi guys, please be patient. I've received it yesterday and need to pack and label for registered mail. Will send it to post office today.

Thanks!

yeah PQ had sms me and we'll be getting the good stuff very soon! yay!

Just got mine today! The adapter has a nice solid build. Just a word of advice, it can be a bit hard to screw/unscrew the adapter to the mount due to its small size so I would suggest not mounting your lens on it first before screwing it on. Then when unscrewing the adapter, remove your lens first. I had difficulty removing the adapter the first time round so I used a towel to press against it (for friction) while I twisted the thing. Anyway good stuff! Thanks PQ.

Just got mine a min ago!:cheergal:

Will try it out tonight.:vhappy:

Just realise that this ring is actually made up by two parts. The camera mount adaptor plus the 52mm-58mm male thread ring.

Cool!

Thanks Paul.

just got mine !

excellent packaging ..

Wow!! Got mine. Thanks.

How do you guys prevent Err01 from occuring since there is no electrical contacts when lens is reverse?

Thanks...

What camera are you using? It works fine for my 300D. And on Canon bodies, metering only works in Av/Manual modes. And for those that didn't catch my previous post, if you want to shoot at XXX aperture, eg. f/9, switch to Av mode with the lens mounted on properly, set the aperture to f/9 then hold the DOF Preview button and unscrew the lens. The aperture blades should remain at f/9.

Your Av & Manual to set aperture is for normal mounting right?

Once set to f8 (for example) unmount the lens straight away or off the cam first then unmount? If off the cam then unmount, will the blade back to the widest aperture say f4?

Thanks.

The Av/Manual part I was referring to the metering with the lens reversed. But when you want to set the aperture you could also use Av/Manual. And yes its mounted normally during this procedure. If you off the camera before you unmount the lens whilst pressing the DOF preview button, the blades will retract to the widest aperture. You'll have to remove it while the camera is still on.

 Wont this do any harm to the camera. No short circuit? Safe to do so? I think I better use my FD mount;p .

Er, then theres no other way to set the aperture :P
