oh my oh my! durian puffs... my fav. no one dares to eat my durian puffs when i baked them... i was licking the durian off my fingers when i was peeling it. hahaha.
dun have to heat it... ur bun must be hot first... then put a slab of butter on top and chomp it down while the butter melts. haha.

This is the last shot of the entire shoot. No choice but to lift the bread 'manually'. Hehe. Without me lifting the bread, i can't capture the right angle le.. But i didn't try to crop my fingers out though.. hehehe.. maybe i try and see now..
