M42 Mount

Just got my Pentax S-M-C Takumar 85mm F1.8 yesterday

Mounted on my Pentax *istDs:

A testing shot got this morning (at F2, 1/1250s, ISO400, jpg handheld):

The DOF is so narrow at F2, really hard to get a spot on shot. I guess I need a lot practise on manual focus ...

Overall I'm quite pleased with the lens

Don't think the focus on the first one is spot on. But my friend likes it anyway.

I paid A LOT(probably more than it's worth) for the lens, and yes, it's from eBay

There is a 85mm lens f2 for M42 that is pretty cheap..
Jupiter 9 85mm f2... search ebay.
