was that a ripp off??/..

can you post some pic of that emolux wide 0.5x inside here for compare? I will post my after this weekend. easier for those bro/sis to make a decision.

First release comes with the pouch. BUt the newer one does not come with any..

You can get the IR filter here but LX3 had hot spot not suitable for IR shooting.

Just brought my LX3 last weeks ago now wanted to get a wide angle lens but not sure whether to get the original Panasonic Wide Conversion Lens: DMW-LW46 @ $299 or 3rd party wide angle lens.

Any LX users here who can recommend me which to get? Thank you

if pic quality is paramount go panasonic
u can also try 0.7 or at most 0.65x canon/ nikon/oly wide conversion lenses

best is to go test it out to see if the lenses will work with the lx3

it's also worth noting that the body will becum very unbalanced with the attachment
not sure u will like how it handles then
again u need to test to know

I just went down to MS colour at AMK (not the one in the HUB) and enquired about the LX3 case. Stock in coming in around end of this month, and selling for $140. Is it worth it? Or is there other shops selling the older version one?
