Ministry of Transport is too big and problematic to be run by one person.

I hope they can stop using the "world class" transport system in all campaigns. It's a self denial act.

Personally I think the recent movements of certain Ministers going out is part of a plan to remove certain elements which may not factor favourably in terms of public sentiments.
Tuck Yew, Kan Seng, Raymond are some of those who were falling out of favour with the public and this might be their way of shoring up support - by removing elements that could reduce support - kindda like "by saving or cutting cost, I'm improving profits".

But who knows. Just my thoughts.
