After Ronaldo left, Man U still have plenty of bite in their attack.
In last weekend defeat, the difference again was Torres vs Man U's defense. They simply have no idea how to cope with Torres's pace and striking ability. The only thing that Vidic could do to Torres is to charge into him each time he has to ball and earning a foul. Vidic was lucky not to be booked earlier until much later in the game and subsequently the second leading off to the sending off.
AF should have really bring on another defender in place of Vidic. He was exhausted towards the end trying to cope with Torres and with Kyut just behind running away like a energizer bunny, it just make its worst.
The tactic is right this time, 2 hard central midfielders - Lucas and Masch, choking off Man U's supply to Rooney and Berbatov. Yossi's mazy running and Kyut's endless running is suffocating Man U's defense.
And not forgetting, Carra had one of his best games this season. Putting his body every where to block shots and with Aggar picking up the pieces to complete the clearance.
Just pray hard that Liverpool can play week in week out like this.

LUCAS FINALLY COMES OF AGE
Lucas Leiva had a great game against Man Utd on Sunday.
I have been his biggest critic since he first joined Liverpool a couple of seasons ago.
But I have to say he was very good yesterday in central midfield alongside Mascherano.
He tackled like a man possessed, winning virtually every challenge he went into.
He broke up all of Utd's attacks, which were few and far between, and managed to give the assist pass for David Ngog's goal in injury-time to seal the victory.
Well done young man, you played well.
We play Arsenal in the Carling Cup on Wednesday night and with Mascherano suspended for a rush of blood to the head, we will probably see Lucas in centre midfield alongside either Steve Gerrard or new boy Aquilani so I hope we can see another great performance from Lucas.

Sir Alex Ferguson's protests following Sunday's defeat to Liverpool has seen the veteran Manchester United manager come under attack from referees.
Ferguson was incensed that Jamie Carragher received only a yellow card following the defender's challenge on United striker Michael Owen, and questioned referee Andre Marriner's experience at handling big games.
"It's so frustrating when a manager as experienced and respected as Sir Alex Ferguson makes a statement about the laws of the game which is completely inaccurate," former Premier League referee Jeff Winter told The Guardian.
Another senior refereeing source, still officiating in the Premier League, agreed with Winter: "Ferguson clearly doesn't understand the law about the denial of an obvious goal-scoring opportunity. The fouled player has to have full control of the ball and has to be moving towards the goal but Michael Owen did not fulfil either condition.
"Andre Marriner was absolutely right to award a yellow card and a direct free-kick.
"It would have been totally wrong for him to have sent Jamie Carragher off."
The anonymous source further lambasted Ferguson, and offered support for Marriner: "Sir Alex should never have said that Andre Marriner was not an experienced referee when he is on the FIFA list and got all the important decisions right on Sunday."
In recent times Ferguson has invoked the wrath of the FA for questioning the fitness of referee Alan Wiley, an offence that forced an apology from the United manager.
However, it is understood that Sunday's outburst will not incur any FA investigation or punishment, despite referees' union chief Alan Leighton describing Ferguson's apology to Wiley as "half-hearted".
Winter, who himself had plenty of run-ins with the United boss, went on to suggest that Ferguson seeks to deflect attention away from poor results by making a scapegoat out of referees.
"I don't know if Sir Alex Ferguson has got a problem with referees but he has got a problem when Manchester United don't win and blaming the referee is the easy option," he said.
"His statement about Carragher shows that either he doesn't know the laws of the game or he's resorting to mind games again."
But Winter went on to reject assertions that Ferguson is mellowing as he winds towards the end of an illustrious career.
He said: "Some of his touchline antics, when you see the veins standing out on his neck and see him swearing and shouting, are not too good for his own health let alone anyone else's.
"I don't know whether it's age or what but he seems to be getting less tolerant of everybody and everything especially when Manchester United don't manage to win.
"This sort of thing seems to be happening every other week with him now."
Winter suggested that the FA "impose a FIFA-style stadium ban on Sir Alex", as a "harsh punishment to teach him and everyone else a lesson".
He went on to suggest that the Respect campaign would be "dead in the water" if Ferguson was not punished, stating that "a fine or, in this case, even a touchline ban won't be enough".
Ferguson's seeming indifference to the authorities could be rectified, according to Winter, by expediating FA disciplinary procedures:
"It's three and a half weeks since his comments about Alan Wiley and still nothing has happened."

for once, instead of the mancircle players form circle round the referee, the referees form circle around SAF
Abt time, i'd say... SAF's tactics of blaming everyone but his players is well known. He just deflects all criticisms by blaming referee again. Like what Jeff Winter says, Owen was never in control of the ball. He simply kicks the ball forward and tangled with Carra.
Also, he is spot on on why the long delay for punishment.. i suspect the FA dare not suspend SAF from the touchline for the Liverpool match. They prob will look at the schedule and suspend SAF for 1 game (prob the FA cup vs barnsley) or a slap on the wrist.... disappointing.
The season is still a long way to go, May 2010 is still months away.

Rio Ferdinand is facing the axe for both club and country amid fears that his slump in form may be irreversible.
Both The Sun and Daily Mirror claim that Ferdinand is poised to be dropped following his feeble performance in Manchester United's defeat at Liverpool on Sunday.
According to The Sun, 'club management are concerned that Ferdinand has lost two yards of pace and that he might never recover his best form. The change could come as soon as Saturday's home game to Blackburn as boss Ferguson is ready to give Jonny Evans an extended run in the side alongside Nemanja Vidic'.
Nor are concerns about Ferdinand limited to doubts about his form either. The Mirror says that 'it is clear Ferdinand, who turns 31 on November 7, is now a hostage to his body, having enjoyed a relatively injury-free career until he hit 30' and adds that 'Questions must also be asked over whether Ferdinand's increasingly busy profile away from football has started to have a detrimental effect on his game.
'He has a huge commitment to his online magazine, which has seen him embark on a relentless promotion campaign and interview the likes of Gordon Brown, Usain Bolt and Roger Federer.
'Ferdinand was on the red carpet in London's Leicester Square last Thursday, at the premiere of the movie he and England team-mate Ashley Cole helped fund, having only arrived back from Moscow at 2.30am the same day.
'Had Ferdinand's form not slumped so dramatically, the issue of whether such extra-curricular activities were getting in the way of his football would be irrelevant.
