He was not able to field his best 11 this season due to all kinds of injuries and Suarez's dodo suspension and I believe the players have to take a hard look at themselves and ask whether they have given their best this season.


Of the signings, I think only Downing is the major letdown. Henderson is not as bad, I think he has played too many games and has not always been played in his most natural position. Adam did alright. Carroll is improving and has now found his form. The last few games he has been outstanding and I think he has not be given enough credit. Suarez is without doubt, up there with the best in the world, should just shaddup and play, and stay on his feet more.
