Sometimes, I really wonder whether anyone in the club treat him badly? This is like a 360 degree change in him......

No lah.. I think he had deep childhood emotional issues that were never resolved.. that's why with the funny hair colour and comments about staying going etc.. :bsmilie:

Uncle Zaren ah.... Carroll keeping warm Melwood treatment beds for the foreseeable future.... don't play play lah....

Sometimes, I really wonder what type of "MEDICAL" the players need to go through before transfer deals can be completed. Pua Bi Kway also can pass those medicals......Aquilani was one, though we can consider ourself lucky, because we don't have any player called Hargrief :bsmilie:

Anyway, how long more he can recover?

Think the transfer market went crazy. You pay £46.5 million for Zidane, a World, Euro, CL champ. Then you see someone else pay £35 million for Andy Carroll. How much would Maradona cost in this modern transfer market?

Nothing less than $100 million pounds. That's when you will see Barcelona show their prowess, and the Mansee and Chel$kiers got to hide one corner liao. :bsmilie:

Dalglish tells Chelsea signing Torres: No one bigger than Liverpool
01.02.11 | tribalfootball.com

Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish insists they will survive Fernando Torres' defection to Chelsea.

Torres stunned Kop fans by slapping in a transfer demand on Friday as Chelsea lined up their British record deal for him.

It immediately led to a terrace backlash from Anfield supporters, who have idolised him for the past four years.

But Dalglish insisted: "It has happened a lot. People forget that.

"Players leave the club and players come in, though more have come into this club than gone. It's no different now. People move on.

"The most important thing is the club.

"More important and bigger than any individual, no matter who has been through it previously and who will in the future. The club is the club.

"I will never forget that and anyone who does is being a wee bit stupid and irresponsible."

Dalglish is certainly well placed to comment after arriving on Merseyside to fill Kevin Keegan's boots with fans fearing for the future.

Back in 1977, he was signed in a then record £440,000 transfer from Celtic and went on to become the greatest player ever to pull on the red shirt.

He added: "I started at Celtic and moved on. But if Kevin had not gone, maybe I would not be here. Imagine. They must have thought it was the end of the world when I came in and Kevin left!

"When Ian Rush went to Juventus in 1987, Rushy enjoyed Italy that much he came back a year later. Players have gone in the past but an awful lot have come in and been fantastic for this club.

"The most important people at the club are the ones who want to be here."

Fans leave and fans comes back. Because of Kenny, I am a Liverpool fan once again.

Welcome back! Just make sure u have ur pants on all the time now coz unlike last time, female fans are more prominent now. Lol!!!

On a random note, I wish to declare this is my official 11th (fave no, so must highlight) yr in supporting this wonderful team and even though the journey has been rocky and not exactly filled with that many trophies esp EPL, I have and will never turn my back on you Liverpool!!! Maybe this, us, fans who pay to watch the team are the only ones who will never betray Liverpool unlike those being paid millions to get us to idolize them. Bleargh!!

Dunno how they pass medical when he player says "I am injured" and they say "Ok, we will pay 35mil for you"... I mean, if he has said "I am not injured" would he have failed the medical? LOL

Any way, about Carrolls debut: Andy Carroll 'weeks away' from Liverpool debut

andy carroll reminds me of...

Duncan Ferguson! :eek::eek:
