Where did you find these guys? I last took pics of these guys in France, but using P&S. Hadn't chanced upon them locally before though.

For HSP, you actually need several flashes, more flashes you have, you can obtain higher speed.

Thanks, actually this technique had been around for very long, saw it in some of the macro-photography books before, just that locally, not much hobbist venture into it.

Simple term is to use the short duration of flash as the shutter speed.

No lah, i'm not the first to do it, just that not much ppls venture into it, some of my senior had did it very long ago.
