My view is that the 4 weeks jail term is too good for him.

He is a public figure and he should be social-responsible.

4 weeks is cheap considering the gravity and circumstances. I don't know what's in his mind to mention an appeal. He'll probably get away safely for the 4 weeks under the nose of the CJ by keeping a low profile. Highlighting this to the CJ himself is like asking for a deterrent sentence.

Comm'on, he's a celebrity isn't he? What a good chance to set an example out of him to the public from CJ POV.
