whole singapore no stocks at the moment. good thing i have mine 2 pieces sitting well in the dry box. my 3rd piece(new in box) kena booked already by someone from the other camp. feels like only lately people starts to realise the power of S5 Pro.

its really amazing that newer, more advanced and more expensive cams still can't match the output of the fuji dslrs.

when i first got S5 at $2400++ it was so quiet and that was just a year ago. now no more S6 people starts to hang S5 on their neck. maybe fuji really hired undercover in clubsnap to stir abit.....:bsmilie::bsmilie:

hehe....photobum comes to mind :bsmilie:

did anyone bought S5 pro from TK photo these few days?

wau lau u all very kiasu.. bought so many sets...:bsmilie: But this camera really rocks...but if fujifilm do not support this model anymore few years later and the shutter soil...possible to ask nikon to change the shutter?

shouldn't be any problem unless you've problem in replacing D200 shutter. so i think shutter die no problem for at least a 2 years after warranty. but if sensor die????
touch wood. but so far in terms of reliability, S5 prove quite well. if i'm not wrong someone's shutter counts reset when maximum right? now where is that thread?

i'm amaze of that too even though fuji's a few years old technology still hard to beat by most cams.

*tsk* *tsk* my D300 now collecting dust.

i can only stand in as price list only. still lots to learn on the tech side.

So, am I right to say you are in-charged of the "Sales and Marketing Department", whereas I am in "Technical Support"?

Is the stocks in? Or anyone knows which shop got stock, my friend looking for it.

It was mention from the other thread to ask him. Thanks photo bum.

For landscape use, is this camera good? I have experience with fuji F31 colors only

It should work fine. However, I find the F2 mode (the supposed "good for landscape mode") too saturated to my liking. I guess its a matter of preference. Just try the std mode and play around with the settings.

Yes, definitely. The 400%DR will come useful

Its really a matter of preference. I like using the f2 mode:thumbsup:

You are welcome. :)

It is a great camera for portraiture, but for landscape photography, the images can be a bit soft when you compared them to those from a Nikon D300 or Canon 5D (especially, if you love to pixel-peep). However, the S5 Pro's wide dynamic range is an added advantage which other DSLRs cannot rival.
