push on | eBay

thanks.

I'm actually looking at those center pinch lens caps for both front and rear of APO Symmar. but looking at the rear element of symmar, the glass seems to be higher than the filter thread though base on lens data sheet, it should be able to take a rear filter:think:

Lol, that's really bless in disguise.:bsmilie:

haha ..I also trying not to take up too much stuff for photography..else some1 else will kill me. Photography is just a part of my life, not my whole life.

Hope you found the link to the Tetenal E6 seller - here it is : Tetenal Colortec E-6 3 Bath Kit 1 Litre 102031 | eBay

Just be warned that their packaging is lousy and the liquid may leak after poor handling. they also send the wrong kit (the C41) to me the first round but they sent me the right one after that. Therefore i got both C41 and E6 kits for the price of a E6 kit. haha

yes, especially when kids are growing up. My biggest expenditure change was when my kid entered Primary school.
The average expense was more than buying one mint Rolleiflex 2.8F from EPrey per month.
When he entered primary 5, the expense doubled due to the flaws in the educations system.

Last week my kid went to China for immersion with school.
The total expense report came out to be good enough to buy a new Toyo Robor setup.
And I only gave him enough.
(Another kid was carry a Canon flagship DSLR with white lens.)
Kids these days spend a lot of money. Its getting crazy.

Therefore i got both C41 and E6 kits for the price of a E6 kit. haha

You are a lucky man.

Home finance minster + development minister disapproved my Dark Room setup.
My order for E6 chemicals and buying a new fridge also not approved.

I have to rely on HongKong for E6 it appears.

Fortunately, B&W development is allowed as minister also do B&W 135.

Thanks zguy, I passed the info to a friend who was also keen to try E6 but not willing to store so many chemicals at home haha.

I don't think I'll be able to fit a fridge into my room also.

There are lots of advertisements about "extra space"... room renting kind of stuff happening.
Just wondering.. if it is possible to rent a room ( share the rental ), then, it will be nice to do all the B&W / E6 processing , and storing of films / chemicals there. :)

try the tetenal 3 bath kit? maybe you all can order a 5l kit and share around.

here the developing time (assuming 4 or more rolls of film) using the Tetenal kit:

Preheat the processor : 5 min
1st Developer : 6:30 min
Washing : 2.5 min
Color Developer : 7min
Washing : 2.5min
Bleach Fix : 7min
Washing : 4 min
Stabilizer : 1 min

So about 35 min for each round. Not too bad. Do it when yr ministers are not around or sleeping ...better still do it outside the house.

dig out some of my sliver prints done maybe 6-7 years ago...these are from 135 film done on 8x10 paper.
maybe time to do some 4x5 contact prints!
