Means he traded in his K20D for $4100HKD, then bought the Kx set (from the box, it should come w/ the DAL 1855 kit lens) for $5690HKD

The mirror is pretty loud and vibration is strong
W/O red focusing point indicator isn't a big deal, can see the focusing point clearly (from the LCD).
Whatever features on K20D can also be found on Kx (don't think there is AF adjustment though)
Can go w/o K7

This is interesting. I am a complete novice in DSLR. Many frens recommend me Canon but one suggested Pentax. Thus, I came here to learn. The limited reviews I saw on the K-X looks promising.

Thus, if there are kind souls that can post the pricing of the kits once available in Singapore. It will be helpful.
