June 2009 Pentax Outing - June 13th and 14th

You don't need a tele lens to shoot wakeboading, actually it's more interesting to shoot w/ a normal lens

The wakeboard action will be about 15 - 25 metres away from the shore. Bring yr long lenses. Suntan lotion, hats, sunglasses and cold water are all essentials.

btw. i went to sentosa with XuBing last Sat, trying both my k20d body and 1650 lens for the very first time... both very impressive...

just remind u ..possible to force the official photographer to use the K-7 for the event?
it will not look good if the pentax sponsored event does not have any pentax camera used officially/professionally

As far as I know, the K-7 camera is still a pre-production one w/ a firmware of V0.3. Don't think it's a good idea to let official photographer to use it for the event

But for us Pentaxians, it's a good opportunity to hold and feel the camera, and see if we like it
